Description

Excel files can most of the time be converted to PDF/A-2a, however in some cases it fails and it does not convert the Excel at all

Reason

Converting a Excel to PDF/A-2a requires Microsoft Office libraries to do the first conversion part. However these Office libraries are not always able to convert an Exel.

Solution

By avoiding using the Office libraries and converting the Excel files to PDF/A-2u as standard, solves the problem. So Excel files are always converted to PDF/A-2u
